  "text": "Amounts secured by way of provisional anti-dumping duties pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1066/2007 on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxides (i.e. manganese dioxides produced through an electrolytic process) not heat-treated after the electrolytic process, falling within CN code ex 2820 10 00 (TARIC code 2820 10 00 10) and originating in South Africa shall be definitively collected.\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on the next day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.",
