The fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol to the Agreement shall be allocated among the Member States as follows:\n(a) shrimp fishing:\nSpain\n1 421 GRT\nItaly\n1 776 GRT\nGreece\n137 GRT\nPortugal\n1 066 GRT\n(b) fin-fish/cephalopods:\nSpain\n3 143 GRT\nItaly\n786 GRT\nGreece\n471 GRT\n(c) tuna seiners and surface longliners:\nSpain\n10 vessels\nFrance\n9 vessels\nPortugal\n4 vessels\n(d) pole-and-line vessels:\nSpain\n10 vessels\nFrance\n4 vessels\n2. If licence applications from the Member States referred to in paragraph 1 do not cover all the fishing opportunities fixed by the Protocol to the Agreement, the Commission may take into consideration licence applications from any other Member State.",
