# Council Regulation (EC) No 243/2008 of 17 March 2008 imposing certain restrictive measures on the illegal authorities of the island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros, Article 8

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Commission shall be empowered to:
(a) amend Annex I on the basis of decisions taken in respect of the Annex to Common Position 2008/187/CFSP;
(b) amend Annex II on the basis of information supplied by Member States.
2. A notice shall be published regarding the procedures for submitting information in relation to Annex I.
