# Council Regulation (EC) No 261/2008 of 17 March 2008 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain compressors originating in the People’s Republic of China, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply until 21 March 2010.
