  "text": "1. In addition to the requirements of Article 9 of Directive 2002/72/EC, the declaration of compliance of recycled plastic materials and articles shall contain the information laid down in Part A of Annex I to this Regulation.\n2. In addition to the requirements of Article 9 of Directive 2002/72/EC, the declaration of compliance of recycled plastic shall contain the information laid down in Part B of Annex I to this Regulation.",
