  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nHowever, Articles 3, 9, 10 and 12 shall apply from the date of the adoption of the Decisions referred to in Article 13(6). Until that date, national provisions in force concerning recycled plastic materials and articles and recycled plastic shall continue to apply in the Member States.",
