  "text": "The fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol to the Agreement shall be allocated among the Member States as follows:\nFishing category\nType of vessel\nMember State\nLicences or quota\nTuna fishing\nFreezer tuna seiners\nSpain\n23\nFrance\n19\nItaly\n1\nTuna fishing\nSurface longliners over 100 GT\nSpain\n25\nFrance\n13\nPortugal\n7\nUnited Kingdom\n5\nTuna fishing\nSurface longliners of 100 GT or below\nFrance\n26\nDemersal fishing\nExploratory line or bottom longline fishing\nFrance\n5\nIf licence applications from these Member States do not cover all the fishing opportunities laid down by the Protocol, the Commission may take into consideration licence applications from any other Member State.",
