  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 795/2004 is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 24, paragraph 2 is deleted.\n2.. In Article 26(2), the first subparagraph is replaced by the following:\n‘The Member State shall define the region referred to in paragraph 1 at the latest one month before the date fixed by the Member State pursuant to Article 44(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003.’",
