# Commission Regulation (EC) No 492/2008 of 3 June 2008 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of monosodium glutamate originating in the People’s Republic of China, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. A provisional anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of monosodium glutamate falling within CN code ex 2922 42 00 (TARIC code 2922 42 00 10) and originating in the People’s Republic of China.
2. The rate of the provisional anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, of the products manufactured by the companies below shall be:
