# Commission Regulation (EC) No 499/2008 of 4 June 2008 amending Regulation (EC) No 1501/95 and Regulation (EC) No 800/1999 as regards the conditions of granting export refunds on agricultural products, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, it shall apply:
(a) as regards the cereals, beef and veal, pigmeat, milk and milk products, eggs and poultrymeat sectors, from 1 July 2008;
(b) as regards the rice sector, from 1 September 2008;
(c) as regards the sugar sector, from 1 October 2008.
