Article 11 Garlic

Regulation (EC) No 341/2007 is amended as follows:

1. 1..

   In Article 5, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:

   ‘1.

   The products for which an import licence shall be presented are laid down in Article 1(2)(a) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008^f1. The period of validity of the import licence and the amount of the security to be lodged shall be as set out in Annex II, Part I, to that Regulation.’

2. 2..

   In Article 6, paragraph 2 is deleted.

3. 3..

   Article 13 is amended as follows:

   1. (a)

      paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

      ‘2.

      Article 6(3) and (4) shall apply mutatis mutandis to “B” licences.’

   2. (b)

      paragraph 4 is deleted.

4. 4..

   Annex II is deleted.
