Regulation (EC) No 1345/2005 is amended as follows:

    In Article 1, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

    ‘2.

    The imports of products falling within CN codes 0709 90 39, 0711 20 90 and 2306 90 19 for which an import licence shall be presented are laid down in Article 1(2)(a) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008f1. The period of validity of the import licence and the amount of the security to be lodged shall be as set out in Annex II, Part I, to that Regulation.’
