  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 951/2006 is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 5, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘1. The products for which an export licence shall be presented are laid down in Article 1(2)(b) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008.\nThe period of validity of the export licence and the amount of the security to be lodged shall be as set out in Annex II, Part II, to that Regulation and shall apply to all cases referred to in Article 1(2)(b) of that Regulation.’\n2.. In Article 8, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 are deleted.\n3.. Article 10 is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 10 The products for which an import licence shall be presented are laid down in Article 1(2)(a) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008.\nThe period of validity of the import licence and the amount of the security to be lodged shall be as set out in Annex II, Part I, to that Regulation and shall apply to all cases referred to in Article 1(2)(a) of that Regulation.’\n4.. In Article 11, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2. When an application for a licence in respect of the products to which the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 applies relates to quantities not exceeding 10 tonnes, the party concerned may not lodge on the same day and with the same competent authority more than one such application and no more than one licence delivered for quantities not exceeding 10 tonnes can be used for export.’\n5.. In Article 12, paragraph 1 is deleted.",
