  "text": "An indication of the use of one of the methods of chilling defined hereafter ... may appear on the labelling within the meaning of Article 2(2)(j) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011:\nair chilling: chilling of poultry carcases in cold air,\nair-spray chilling: chilling of poultry carcases in cold air interspersed with waterhaze or fine water spray,\nimmersion chilling: chilling of poultry carcases in tanks of water or of ice and water, in accordance with the counterflow process.\nThe terms referred to in the first paragraph must appear in English, but may also appear in any other language.",
