# Commission Regulation (EC) No 543/2008 of 16 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards the marketing standards for poultrymeat, Article 13

In the case of supervision of the indication of the type of farming used as referred to in Article 11(1)Article 11(1) of this Regulation, bodies designated by the relevant authority shall comply with the criteria set out in European Norm No EN/45011 of 26 June 1989ISO/IEC 17065 (Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services), and as such shall be licensed and supervised by the competent authority.
