  "text": "A board of experts in monitoring water content in poultrymeat shall act as a coordinating body for the testing activities of the national reference laboratories. It shall consist of representatives of the Commission and national reference laboratories. The tasks of the board and of national reference laboratories, as well as the organisational structure of the board, are set out in Annex XII.\nFinancial assistance shall be paid to the reference laboratory under the terms of a contract concluded between the Commission, on behalf of the Community, and that laboratory.\nThe Director-General for Agriculture and Rural Development is authorised to sign the contract on behalf of the Commission.",
