  "text": "The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 8a in order to make the necessary amendments and adjustments to the provisions of this Regulation as a result of:\n(a) amendments to the Combined Nomenclature codes and to the TARIC subdivisions;\n(b) the conclusion of other agreements between the Union and Moldova, to the extent that the amendments and adjustments concern the Annexes to this Regulation.",
