  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 562/2008\nof 18 June 2008\non the issuing of import licences for applications lodged during the first seven days of June 2008 under the tariff quota opened by Regulation (EC) No 536/2007 for poultrymeat\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2777/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organisation of the market in poultrymeat,\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 536/2007 of 15 May 2007 opening and providing for the administration of a tariff quota for poultrymeat allocated to the United States of America, and in particular Article 5(5) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nRegulation (EC) No 536/2007 opened import tariff quotas for poultrymeat products.\n(2)\nThe applications for import licences lodged during the first seven days of juin 2008 for the subperiod 1 July to 30 September 2008 do not cover the total quantity available. The quantities for which applications have not been lodged should therefore be determined and these should be added to the quantity fixed for the following quota subperiod,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
