# Commission Regulation (EC) No 589/2008 of 23 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards marketing standards for eggs, Article 10: Indications on Class B eggs

The indication referred to in point 3(1) of part 6 of Annex 7 to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 shall be a circle at least 12 mm in diameter around the letter ‘B’ at least 5 mm high, or an easily visible colour spot of at least 5 mm in diameter.
