  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 599/2008\nof 24 June 2008\ncorrecting Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 opening and providing for the administration of an import tariff quota for frozen beef intended for processing\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in beef and veal, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe quotation of Regulation (EC) No 382/2008 in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 is a result of an error.\n(2)\nRegulation (EC) No 412/2008 should therefore be corrected accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
