THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in beef and veal, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,
Whereas:

The quotation of Regulation (EC) No 382/2008 in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 is a result of an error.
(2)
Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 should therefore be corrected accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
