Article 7 Use of eggs removed from the incubator

Incubated eggs removed from the incubator shall be used for purposes other than human consumption. They may be used as industrial eggs within the meaning of the second paragraph, point (h) of Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 589/2008^f1.
