Article 8 Export licences

Article 7(2) and (3) of Regulation (EC) No 1282/2006 shall not apply.

By way of derogation from Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1282/2006 the period of validity of the export licence shall start on its actual date of issue and shall end at the end of the fourth month following the month in which the tendering period ends in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 4(2) of this Regulation.
