  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThe maximum levels laid down in points 3.1.18, 3.2.19, 3.2.20 and 3.3.3 of the Annex shall apply from 1 July 2009. They shall not apply to products lawfully placed on the market before 1 July 2009. The burden of proving when the products were placed on the market shall be borne by the food business operator.",
