# Commission Regulation (EC) No 642/2008 of 4 July 2008 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain prepared or preserved citrus fruits (namely mandarins, etc.) originating in the People's Republic of China, Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and apply for a period of six months.
