The CO 2 emissions savings from the vehicle fitted with an eco-innovation shall, for the purpose of type approval, be determined using the procedure and testing methodology specified in the Commission Decision approving the eco-innovation, in accordance with Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 725/2011 for M 1 vehicles, or Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 427/2014 for N 1 vehicles.
