The multiplying factor shall be calculated according to the following formula:
a = 3,162. × 10 − 7 RM 2 Base_vehicle − 5,823396 × 10 − 4 RM Base_vehicle + 0,4284491516
In this formula:
a multiplying factor
RM Base_Vehicle reference mass of the base vehicle, as defined in Article 3(3) of Regulation (EC) No 715/2007, in kg.
