  "text": "Articles 13, 14 and 16 of Directive 2007/46/EC shall apply to any amendments to the type-approvals.\nAt the manufacturer’s request the provisions specified in Section 3 of Annex I shall apply without the need for additional testing only to vehicles of the same type.",
