# Commission Regulation (EC) No 707/2008 of 24 July 2008 amending Regulation (EC) No 952/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 as regards the management of the Community market in sugar and the quota system, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Points 2(b) to (d) and points 7 and 12 of Article 1 shall apply as from 1 October 2008.
