  "text": "The procedures for applying this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 22(2). They shall in particular determine the implementation of the methods of allocation, the information to be transmitted by the competent authorities in the Member States and the measures intended to ensure compliance with this Regulation.",
