  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 729/2008\nof 28 July 2008\nentering certain designations in the register of traditional specialities guaranteed (Czwórniak (TSG), Dwójniak (TSG), Półtorak (TSG), Trójniak (TSG))\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 of 20 March 2006 on agricultural products and foodstuffs as traditional specialities guaranteed, and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 9(4) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 509/2006, and pursuant to Article 19(3) of the same Regulation, Poland’s applications to enter the designations ‘Czwórniak’, ‘Dwójniak’, ‘Półtorak’ and ‘Trójniak’ in the register was published in the Official Journal of the European Union .\n(2)\nAs no objection under Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 has been received by the Commission, these names should be entered in the register.\n(3)\nProtection as referred to in Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 has not been requested,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
