  "text": "In addition to the measures provided for in Article 41(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006, the EFF may contribute to the financing of pilot projects testing technical improvements aiming at reducing energy consumption for vessels, engines, equipment or gear and at reducing emissions and contributing to the fight against climate change.",
