  "text": "1. The licence applications referred to in Article 7 shall be lodged only during the first 10 days of each import tariff quota period.\n2. At the latest on the 17th day of the month in which applications are submitted, the Member States shall notify the Commission of the total quantity per country of origin covered by applications.\n3. Import licences shall be issued as from the 25th and no later than at the end of the month in which the applications were submitted.",
