  "text": "The following information shall be provided by the operator in the form of a register which shall be kept up to date and made available for the control authorities or control bodies at all times at the premises of the holding\n(a) the origin, date of arrival and conversion period of animals arriving at the holding:\n(b) the number of lots, the age, weight and destination of animals leaving the holding;\n(c) records of escapes of fish;\n(d) for fish the type and quantity of feed and in the case of carp and related species a documentary record of the use additional feed;\n(e) veterinary treatments giving details of the purpose, date of application, method of application, type of product and withdrawal period;\n(f) disease prevention measures giving details of fallowing, cleaning and water treatment.",
