# Commission Regulation (EC) No 901/2008 of 16 September 2008 suspending the application of import duties on certain quantities of industrial sugar for the 2008/2009 marketing year, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2008.
