# Council Regulation (EC) No 906/2008 of 15 September 2008 terminating the new exporter review of Regulation (EC) No 1659/2005 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain magnesia bricks originating in the People’s Republic of China, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1(2) shall apply with effect from 22 December 2007.
