  "text": "Licences shall be issued within the quantitative limits set in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of import licence applications submitted from 29 September to 3 October 2008, in accordance with Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 and/or Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 508/2007.",
