  "text": "Controlled substances for essential laboratory and analytical uses shall contain only controlled substances manufactured to the following purities:\nSubstance\n%\nCTC (reagent grade)\n99,5\n1,1,1-trichloroethane\n99,0\nCFC 11\n99,5\nCFC 13\n99,5\nCFC 12\n99,5\nCFC 113\n99,5\nCFC 114\n99,5\nOther controlled substances with a boiling point > 20 °C\n99,5\nOther controlled substances with a boiling point < 20 °C\n99,0\nThese pure controlled substances may be subsequently mixed by manufacturers, agents, or distributors with other chemicals controlled or not controlled by the Protocol as is customary for laboratory and analytical uses.",
