Article 9 Placing on the market of controlled substances for destruction or reclamation and of products and equipment containing or relying on controlled substances for destruction

By way of derogation from Articles 5 and 6, controlled substances and products and equipment containing or relying on controlled substances may be placed on the market for destruction within F1any part of Great Britain in accordance with the requirements for destruction referred to in Article 22(1). Controlled substances may also be placed on the market for reclamation within any part of Great Britain.
