# Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies (Text with EEA relevance), Article 23: Non-interference with content of ratings or methodologies

In carrying out their duties under this Regulation, the FCA, any public authorities of the United Kingdom or the Treasury shall not interfere with the content of credit ratings or methodologies.
