Article 3 Requirements for engagement in the occupation of road transport operator

1.

Undertakings engaged in the occupation of road transport operator shall:

(a)

have an effective and stable establishment in F1the United Kingdom;

(b)

be of good repute;

(c)

have appropriate financial standing; and

(d)

have the requisite professional competence.
