  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 2535/2001 is amended as follows:\n1.. in Article 5, point (d) is deleted;\n2.. in Article 19, point (c) is deleted;\n3.. Article 19a is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 19a 1. Articles 308a, 308b and 308c(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 shall apply to the quotas laid down in Annex VIIa and provided for in:\n(a) Council Regulation (EC) No 312/2003;\n(b) Council Regulation (EC) No 747/2001;\n(c) Annex IV, list 4 of the Trade, Development and Cooperation Agreement with South Africa;\n(d) Annex I to Protocol 1 to Decision No 1/98 of the EC-Turkey Association Council.\n2. Imports under the quotas referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be subject to the presentation of an import licence.\n2a. For the quota referred to in paragraph 1(d), Article 308c(2) and (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 shall not apply for the tariff period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.\n4. Application of the reduced rate of duty shall be subject to the presentation of proof of origin issued in accordance with:\n(a) Annex III to the Agreement with the Republic of Chile;\n(b) Protocol 4 to the Agreement with Israel;\n(c) Protocol 1 to the Agreement with South Africa;\n(d) Protocol 3 to Decision No 1/98 of the EC-Turkey Association Council.’;\n4.. Annex I.D is deleted;\n5.. in Annex VIIa, a paragraph 4 is added, the text of which appears in the Annex to this Regulation.",
