F2... For the purpose of Article 29(1) of this Regulation, the following provisions of Directive 93/119/EEC shall continue to apply:

(a)

Annex A:

  1. (i)

    paragraph 1 of Section I;

  2. (ii)

    paragraph 1 and the second sentence of paragraph 3 and paragraphs 6, 7, 8 and the first sentence of paragraph 9 of Section II;

(b)

Annex C, paragraphs 3.A.2, the first subparagraph of 3.B.1, 3.B.2, 3.B.4 and paragraphs 4.2 and 4.3 of Section II.

References to the F3... Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
