# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1102/2009 of 16 November 2009 amending for the 116th time Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban, Division (5): The entry ‘Al-Jihad/Egyptian Islamic Jihad (aka Egyptian Al-Jihad, Egyptian Islamic Jihad, Jihad Group, New Jihad)’ under the heading ‘Legal persons, groups and entities’ shall be replaced by the following:

‘Egyptian Islamic Jihad (alias (a) Egyptian Al-Jihad; (b) Jihad Group, (c) New Jihad, (d) Al-Jihad, (e) Egyptian Islamic Movement. Date of designation referred to in Article 2a (4) (b): 6.10.2001.’
