  "heading": "Obligation to keep information available",
  "text": "1. A competent authority shall keep information electronically available to the public on plant protection products authorised or withdrawn in accordance with this Regulation, containing at least:\n(a) the name or business name of the holder of the authorisation and the authorisation number;\n(b) the trade name of the product;\n(c) the type of preparation;\n(d) the name and amount of each active substance, safener or synergist which it contains;\n(e) the classification, risk and safety phrases in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council and any regulations made under Article 65(1A);\n(f) the use or uses for which it is authorised;\n(g) the reasons for withdrawal of an authorisation if they are related to safety concerns;\n(h) the list of minor uses referred to in Article 51(8).\n2.
