  "text": "1. The labelling of plant protection products must include—\n(a) the classification, labelling and packaging requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and\n(b) any requirements contained in regulations made under paragraph 1A which apply in relation to the constituent territory in which the product is to be placed on the market or used.\n1A. The appropriate authority may, by regulations, specify additional requirements for the labelling of plant protection products, including (but not limited to) standard phrases for special risks and safety precautions which supplement the phrases provided for in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.\n2.
