  "text": "Directive 2006/23/EC is hereby repealed.\nThe provisions of Directive 2006/23/EC shall continue to apply, on a transitional basis, until the date of application of the measures referred to in Article 8c(10) of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 as amended by this Regulation.",
