Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 1 shall apply from 8 October 2003.

Article 2 shall apply from 15 October 2004.

Article 3 shall apply from 18 October 2005.

Article 4 shall apply from 23 February 2007.
