The valid commercial invoice referred to in Article 1(4) of this Regulation must include a declaration signed by an official of the company, in the following format:

    The name and function of the official of the company which has issued the commercial invoice.

  2. 2..

    The following declaration: ‘I, the undersigned, certify that the [volume] of furfuryl alcohol currently classifiable within CN code ex 2932 13 00 (TARIC additional code) sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by [company name and address] in the People’s Republic of China; I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct.’
