# Council implementing Regulation (EU) No 1202/2009 of 7 December 2009 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of furfuryl alcohol originating in the People’s Republic of China following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 384/96, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It and shall expire on 10 December 2011.
